Who is responsible

Cookies

None. Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not session cookies. Because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is no consent banner, since there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this page will say so and a consent request will appear before anything is set.

What the site loads

Fonts, images and code are served from this domain. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts, a content delivery network, a social network or an advertising provider, so no third party receives your IP address through this site.

Hosting is provided by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes the technical request data needed to serve a page, including IP address and browser type, and retains it briefly in server logs for security and reliability. I do not access those logs for any analytical purpose.

The business matching form

If you send a matching request, I receive what you filled in:

• what type of organisation you are
• what you are looking for and in which markets
• the one-line description of your request
• your name, company and email address

Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms and forwarded to my email. The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

I do not share what you send with anyone before asking you. If a match exists in my network, I come back to you with a name and a reason, and the introduction happens only once you agree to it.

The Structural Survey

The survey asks for your email address before it starts, so that your result can be sent to you and so I know who I am reading. It collects:

• your name, email address and company
• your answers to the survey questions about how the company operates
• the result the survey produced

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Your answers are read by me, not by a team, and are not sold, shared or passed to any third party.

If you tick the box asking for occasional follow-up, that further contact runs on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address above. Every email I send carries a one-click way to stop.

How long anything is kept

Survey answers, matching requests and the correspondence that follows are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact. If we begin working together, they are kept for the duration of that work and the period my accountant and the tax rules require afterwards. If you tell me you are not interested, or ask me to stop contacting you, your details are deleted within 30 days and your email address is kept only on a short suppression list so that I do not contact you again by mistake.

Ask me to delete your data sooner and I will, without asking why.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of the data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to my holding it, or ask for it to be sent elsewhere. One email is enough and I will respond within 30 days.

If you believe I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any change that affects what is collected will be described here in plain language, not buried.
